Welcome to Coaching!
Coaching offers a powerful space to gain clarity, build momentum and move forward with intention. Through thoughtful conversation, guidance and accountability, coaching helps you uncover what truly matters, identify obstacles holding you back and take aligned action toward your goals.
I’m so excited that you’re taking this next step in your growth journey and I’m truly honored to partner with you as your coach. Below, you’ll find an overview of the onboarding process and the next steps to get you fully set up for your coaching experience.
Step #1: Complete onboarding form.

Step #2: Think about your goals.
In our first session, we’ll begin shaping the goals that will guide your coaching journey. Before our call, take some time to reflect on what you’d like to be different by the end of our work together and the goals that could help you get there.
Step #3: Schedule sessions.
Use this Calendly link to schedule a minimum of four sessions (ideally all of your sessions) at times that work best for you. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible and I’ll extend the same courtesy should I need to make a change.
What's next?
Before our first session, you’ll receive an email with a few thoughtful questions to reflect on in advance. During our initial session, we’ll co-create your coaching experience covering logistics, clarifying your goals and exploring why those goals matter to you. This conversation sets the tone and establishes our North Star for the entire coaching journey.
