Hi there! I’m Katie Gutzmann. I’m passionate about helping rural community leaders who wear a lot of hats and are trying to juggle it all.

In a small community, leadership looks different. You’re not just running a business or working, you’re often leading local organizations, serving on boards, volunteering, and showing up for everyone around you. Rural leaders are natural doers, you know how to make things happen. But true impact comes when you pause long enough to lead with clarity and intention.

In our coaching conversations, we figure out how your what you do fits into your life, your goals, and what’s next for you personally and professionally.
